1. Who we are

This website is operated by KIM HONG LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Oregon, United States, at 88 Harbor Street, Unit 4, Portland, OR 97209. "We", "us" and "our" refer to KIM HONG LLC. "You" refers to anyone visiting or buying from this site.

2. Agreement

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt, not acceptance. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. If we cannot fulfil an order — a size has sold out, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — we will cancel it and refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where we are required to collect it. We may change prices at any time, but not after you have placed an order. Payment is taken at the time of order by our payment processor.

5. Shipping and returns

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Our returns and refunds terms are set out on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

6. Garment care

To keep your garments in condition, follow the care label sewn inside each piece and the guidance on our FAQ page:

• Machine wash cold with like colours; do not tumble dry on high.
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry the waxed Field Jacket.
• Do not apply direct heat or iron prints and coated fabrics.
• Check pockets and remove sharp objects before washing.

We are not liable for damage caused by failure to follow the care instructions.

7. Product descriptions

Garment measurements are provided in good faith and checked against production samples. Because every piece is cut and sewn by hand in small runs, measurements may vary by up to half an inch, and fabric shade may vary slightly between batches. Such variation is not a defect.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, illustrations, the KIM HONG name and logo — belongs to us and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. You may share links freely and quote short passages with attribution.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to breach the security of this site, scrape it at volume, place fraudulent orders, or use it in any way that breaks applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also have rights under your local law that these terms do not override.

12. Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
